　　摘　要　以柠檬香的皱波天竺葵(Pelargoniu crispum)的叶片和茎段为外植体进行试管培养 ,结果叶片和茎段可
诱导形成愈伤组织。经试验筛选结果为:培养基 MS+BA 0.75mg L+NAA 0.20mg L 最适于愈伤组织的诱导 ,也适
于不定芽分化和从生芽的分化增殖;培养基1 2MS+NAA 0.3mg L+IAA 0.1mg L为根系诱导及生长的最佳配方 , 生
根率达 100%。

Abstract The leaves and stem segments of Pelargonium crispum with lemon s smell as the explants were cultured in tubes.The
results indicated that leaves and stem segments could all induce callus.The mediaMS + BA 0.75mg L+NAA 0.20mg Lwas the
most appropriate for the formation of callus.In addition , the media was also appropriate for the differentiation of indefinite buds ,
and the differentiation and multiplication of rosette buds.The media1 2MS +NAA 0.3mg L+IAA 0.1mg L was the most appro-
priate for rootage , and it s effect was 100%.
