Abstract:Usingophenylenediamineandhydroquinoneasthefuctionalmonomer,andcardiactroponinI
asthetemplate,themolecularimprintingmembranewassynthesizedinthePBSsolutionofpH70bycy
clicvoltammetryontheglassycarbonelectrodewithmolecularimprintingtechnology.Thismembraneex
hibitedaspecificrecognizationofcardiactroponinI,ontheconcentrationof001-200μg/mL,the
concentrationsandpeakcurentsshowedalinearrelationshipThedetectionlimitwas2ng/mL,there
spondtimewas15minutes.Themolecularimprintingbiosensorhadadvantagesofeasypreparation,good
specificityandstability.
