Abstract:Toresearchanddevelopacharacteristicsweettypetobaccoperfumeforreducingthefreeradi
calsofcigaretesmoke,astrainPDH2wasscreenedfromtomatoes.AnditwasidentifiedasSaccharo
mycescerevisiae.Thestraincouldproducecharacteristicgrapetypetobaccoperfume.Addingtheperfume
tothetobacco,itcouldincreasethevolumeofaromaandsweetaromanote,lowerstimulationinthela
ryngeal.Meanwhile,28.8% freeradicalsofcigaretesmokewasreduced.
