重庆市生态功能区蝴蝶多样性参数

摘要:以重庆市生态功能区为基本单元,用 1998—2010 年间重庆市蝴蝶群落调查的成果,总结、分析与物种多样性相关的数据
与参数,报道了重庆市生态功能区蝴蝶多样性参数。 采用路线法的调查方法,设置调查样带 14503 条,获知重庆市分布蝶类 492
种,隶属于 12 科,187 属,其中,优势种 36 个,占总数的 7. 3% ,常见种 182 个(37. 0% ),少见种 155 个(31. 5% ),罕见种 119 个
(24. 2% )。 依据生态服务功能重要性,划分为 14 个功能区。 其中,1、10 功能区物种数在 250 种以上,物种丰度在 30 以上,种类
优势度低于 0. 10;2、5、9 功能区 150 种以上,物种丰度 20—30 之间,种类优势度 0. 10—0. 14 间;8、11、12、13 功能区低于 60 种,
物种丰度低于 10,种类优势度 0. 17—0. 32 间。 但是,物种多样性指数是 6、7 两个功能区最高( >1. 8),4、5、8、14 功能区在
1郾 70—1. 76 间,2、3、11、12 功能区最低;均匀度则是 4、8、11 三个功能区高于 0. 4,6、7、14 功能区在 0. 35—0. 4 间,1、2、12 功能区
最低。 最高的相对多度出现在功能区 13,是 33. 55伊10-3,功能区 12 居第二位(11. 54伊10-3),第三位是功能区 1(6. 59伊10-3);最
低的相对多度出现在功能区 12(0. 67伊10-3),倒数第二位是功能区 7(1. 02伊10-3),倒数第三位是功能区 11。 按照监测种类和类
群选择的原则,选出监测种类 24 个,其中,甲等监测种类 8 个,乙等 8 个,丙等 8 个;类群 12 个,其中 I类 6 群,域类 6 群。

The diversity parameters of butterfly for ecological function divisions in Chongqing

Abstract: The study was based on the elemental areas of ecological function divisions in Chongqing. We investigated the
butterfly community of Chongqing from 1998 to 2010, summarizing and analyzing the data and parameters that relating to
species diversities, and then probing the influence of the parameters to the monitoring of the ecological environment and
evaluating of the environmental health. The result is going to be reported in two papers, and this thesis reported the butterfly
diversities of ecological function divisions of Chongqing. It has been taken the path method to investigate the diversity, the
method is that the investigator chooses several sample strips from a survey region, then goingthrough the strips, collecting
the specimens and recording the data. It has been set up 14503 sample strips in the investigation, the result shows that in
the inspection there are 492 species of butterflies which are attached to 12 families, 187 genera; from the data it can be
seen that there are 36 dominant species, accounting for 7. 3 percent of all such species; it also can be find 182 common
species which occupy 37. 0 percent; the quantity of the unusual species are 155 that take up 31. 5 percent of the total
species and the number of the rare species are 199 which engage 24. 2 percent of the full amount. In this study it has been
selected 14 ecological function areas, it can be seen from the main text of the paper. Through the analyzing of the digital
information, we discover that the species numbers of ecological function regions in the first and the tenth area are more than
250, the species richness is over 30, the degree of dominance is below 0. 10; In the second, fifth, ninth ecological function

divisions, the amount of species is in excess of 150, the richness of species is from 20 to 30, the dominance index is from
0. 10 to 0. 14; The number of species in the eighth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth is below 60, and the species abundance is
lower than 10, the dominance degree of the species is between 0. 17 to 0. 32. From the data above we can educe that the
first and the tenth area of ecological function regions might be the most suitable area for the surviving of butterflies. From
another point of view, when we analyzed the species diversity index of the butterfly, we found that the sixth and seventh
ecological function division is higher than other function regions, the value is over 1. 8; the number in the fourth, fifth,
eighth, fourteenth function regions is from 1. 70 to 1. 76; and the numeric value of the second, third, eleventh, twelfth
function areas is lower than other ecological function regions. From the evenness degree of the domains it can be seen that
the fourth, eighth, eleventh is above 0. 4, the sixth, seventh and the fourteenth function areas is between 0. 35 to 0. 4, and
the evenness of the first, second and the twelfth regions is the lowest. The highest relative abundance of the domains is the
thirteenth, and the number is 33. 55伊10-3; and then the next is the twelfth, the value of the abundance is 11. 54伊10-3;
subsequently it is the first region, and the amount is 6. 59伊10-3 . In contrast, the lowest relative abundance presents to the
thirteenth area, it is 0. 67 伊 10-3; and the last but one is the seventh domain, the quantity is 1. 02 伊 10-3; the
antepenultimate abundance is the eleventh region. Thorough analyzing all the data above and according to the principle of
monitoring the species, 24 species are chosen to monitor the environment, and among them, the number of the first鄄class
indicator species is 8, the number of the second鄄class indicator species is 8, the amount of the third grade is 8; basing on
the principle of choosing the groups of the butterfly, it can be selected 12 species, the amount of the first grade is 6 and the
quantity of the second grade is 6.

生态(服务)功能是指生态系统与生态过程所形成及维持的人类赖以生存的自然环境条件与效用。 生态
功能具有显著的地域差异,表现在不同地区、不同生态系统的功能特征有所不同;功能区的划分是在系统研究
重庆市各生态因子的结构、功能、空间分异和承载力的基础上,明确区域生态系统类型的结构与过程特征,诊
断本区域主要生态环境问题、成因,分析不同生态因子和生态过程对人类活动胁迫反应的敏感性特点,评价不
同生态环境要素的生态服务功能的重要性,制定的全市生态功能区划方案[1]。 合理评价生态系统的功能特
点、敏感性特征与抗逆能力及其区域差异,对于功能区生态系统服务功能的保护、维持及退化生态系统的恢复
重建具有重要意义。 自 20 世纪中期以来,自然生态系统受着人类前所未有的规模和强度的影响,其健康受到
日益严重的损害,因此生态系统健康研究成为新热点[2鄄4]。 生物指示物法是生态系统健康评价中常用的重要
方法,通过监测生物指示物群落和种群及其数量变化对系统健康状况进行评估;此方法具有科学、简便、快捷、
成本低廉和高效的特点,符合生态系统健康评价的实用性与可操作性原则[5鄄6]。 在此基础上,大量研究论述
了昆虫作为指示生物评估生态系统健康的生物学与生态学基础,及其评估原理[7]。
以蝶类为指示物种,以物种多样性指数为主要参数的蝶类物种多样性研究是当今生态学以及环境科学研
究的热门课题之一[8]。 大量研究表明,由于蝴蝶自身的许多生物学和生态学特性,使它成为监测与评价环境
的首选指示性生物[9鄄38],其中,蝴蝶种类的记录和其分布环境的生态评估是当前研究的重点[39]。 本文利用 10
余年蝴蝶群落生态学研究的成果,来讨论在 4 级尺度(区域级———重庆市生态功能区划)研究中,应该选择哪
些参数来指示、评价环境[3鄄14,34],探讨出监测、评价的蝴蝶种类、类群和量化的指标。
1摇 研究区域
研究区域为整个重庆市范围,采用《重庆市生态功能区划》的生态功能区划分[1]。 各功能区在重庆市范
围内的具体位置见图 1,各功能区与本研究相关的基本特性见表 1。
2摇 方法

2. 2摇 调查方法及样带设置
蝴蝶的野外数量统计方法主要有样方法、横截法和
路线法,结合本研究的要求,调查数据采用路线法获得,
具体方法选择、评价见文献[40]。 1998—2010 年间设置
调查样带 14503 条。
2. 3摇 生境划分
按照本研究的目的,将重庆市蝶类的生境,划分为
有阔叶林,针叶林,阔叶鄄针叶混交林,灌丛,草地和人工
栽培地 6 种植被型。
2. 4摇 数据处理
采用 Margalef 种类丰度、 Shannon鄄Wiener 指数、
Pielou 均匀度指数、 McNaughton 种类优势度指数、
S渍renson相似性系数和相对多度分析蝶类的群落结构
和物种多样性[8,14]。

共有的种类数。

采用李春喜等[41]论述的生物统计学方法进行数据分析。
2. 5. 1摇 主成分分析的数据代码
X1:各功能区分布的蝴蝶物种数;X2:蝴蝶属数;X3:蝴蝶科数;X4:蝴蝶种类丰度;X5:种级多样性指数;X6
属级多样性指数;X7:科级多样性指数;X8:均匀度指数;X9:种类优势度;X10:罕见种的物种多样性贡献率(以
罕见种数占该功能区蝶类种数的百分比表示);X11:少见种的物种多样性贡献率;X12:常见种的物种多样性贡
献率;X13:优势种的物种多样性贡献率;X14:罕见种的相对多度贡献率(以罕见种的相对多度占该功能区蝶类
相对多度的百分比表示);X15:少见种的相对多度贡献率;X16:常见种的相对多度贡献率;X 17:优势种的相对
多度贡献率;X18,X19,X20,X21,X22 的定义见表 1 的注译。
2. 5. 2摇 线性回归分析数据代码
将各功能区蝶类种数作为因变量,命名为 Y1;对主成分分析数据代码中的 X2,X3,X5,X8,X9,X10,X11,X12,
X13,X14,X15,X16,X17 进行线性回归分析。 将各功能区的种类丰度命名为 Y2;对主成分分析数据代码中的 X2,
X3,X5,X8,X9,X10,X11,X12,X13,X14,X15,X16,X17 进行线性回归分析。
2. 6摇 数量等级划分
在野外调查期间中,共获得蝴蝶 25484 只,根据在重庆市 14 生态功能区分布的有或无,以及个体数量,划
分数量等级如下:
罕见种摇 仅分布在 1 个功能区,而且其个体数在 4 只(相对多度 0. 16伊10-3)以下的种类;
少见种摇 分布在 1 个功能区、其个体数在 5 只(相对多度 0. 20伊10-3)以上的种类或分布在 2 个功能区的
种类,以及分布在 3 个功能区、个体数在 10 只(相对多度 0. 39伊10-3)以下的种类;
常见种摇 分布在 3 个功能区、个体数在 11 只以上的种类或分布在 4 至 11 个功能区内的种类;
优势种摇 分布在 12—14 个功能区的种类;
2. 7摇 监测种类和类群的选取标准
2. 7. 1摇 监测种类选取
(1)甲级监测种类
生境分布在 5 个植被型以上,地理分布在 11—14 个生态功能区的种类,选取为甲级(即首选的)环境质
量监测、评价的种类。
(2)乙级监测种类
地理分布在 13—14 个生态功能区的种类,选取为乙级(即首先备选的)环境质量监测、评价的种类。
(3)丙级监测种类
生境分布在 5 个植被型以上的种类,选取为丙级(即次级备选的)环境质量监测、评价的种类。
2. 7. 2摇 监测类群选取
玉类摇 以属,或者亚科为监测单元,该类群的种类分布于 5—6 个植被型,用于多数植被型环境的监测、
评价。
域类摇 以属,或者族为监测单元,该类群的种类仅分布于 1—2个植被型,用于 1—2个植被型环境的监
测、评价。
3摇 结果
3. 1摇 重庆市各功能区蝴蝶
调查获知重庆市分布蝶类 492 种,隶属于 12 科,187 属,它们在各功能区的分布状况、相对多度、每种蝴
蝶的数量等级,栖息的生境(植被型)见附表。 分布 12 个科蝴蝶的功能区只有 1 功能区,即绢蝶科仅在 1 区有

分布。 9、10、14 功能区有 11 个科分布,4、7 功能区有 10 个科分布。 珍蝶科仅分布于 6 个功能区,环蝶科和喙
蝶科分布于 7 个区,斑蝶科分布 8 个功能区,也就是说,重庆市生态功能区环境的调查监测蝴蝶对象,应该是
这些科别外的其它科(附表)。
3. 2摇 相对多度
最高的相对多度出现在功能区 13,是 33. s55伊10-3,功能区 12 居第二位(11. 54伊10-3),第三位是功能区 1
(6郾 59伊10-3);最低的相对多度出现在功能区 12(0. 67伊10-3),倒数第二位是功能区 7(1. 02伊10-3),倒数第三
位是功能区 11(附表)。
3. 3摇 数量等级
重庆市蝶类有优势种 36 个,占总数的 7. 3% ,常见种 182 个、37. 0% ,少见种 155 个、31. 5% ,罕见种 119
个、24. 2% (附表)。
3. 4摇 物种多样性参数
物种数在 250 种以上的是 1、10 两个功能区, 150 种以上是 2、5、9 三个功能区,低于 60 种的是 8、11、12、
13 四个功能区;与此相对应:(1) 1 和 10 功能区的物种丰度在 30 以上,2、5、9 功能区在 20—30 之间,8、11、
12、13 功能区低于 10;(2) 1、10 功能区的种类优势度低于 0. 10,2、5、9 功能区在 0. 10—0. 14 间,8、11、12、13
在 0. 17—0. 32 间。 但是,物种多样性指数是高于 1. 8 的 6、7 两个功能区最高,1. 70—1. 76 间的是 4、5、8、14
功能区,2、3、11、12 功能区最低。 而均匀度与上述 3 个指数均不同,4、8、11 三个功能区高于 0. 4,6、7、14 功能
区在 0. 35 至 0. 4 间,1、2、12 功能区最低(表 2)。

按照监测类群选择的原则选出监测种类共 24 个,其中,甲等监测种类 8 个,乙等 8 个,丙等 8 个;类群 12
个,其中 I类 6 群,域类 6 群(附表)。
