摘 要 ：分析了茶树新梢中游离氨基酸的含量与茶树品种对茶橙瘿螨（Ａｃａｐｈｙｌｌａ ｔｈｅａｅ）的抗性关系。抗性品种游离氨基酸总量以及茶氨酸（Ｔｈｅａ）、谷氨酸（Ｇｌｕ）、丙氨酸（Ａｌａ）、甘氨酸（Ｇｌｙ）、天冬氨酸（Ａｓｐ）、丝氨酸（Ｓｅｒ）、缬氨酸（Ｖａｌ）等的含量显著蒿于感性品种。抗性品种新梢中与氨基酸合成有关的谷氨酸脱氢酶（ＧＤＨ）和苯丙氨酸解氨酸（ＰＡＬ）的活性分别是感性品种的２．３倍和３．２倍，
