摘 要 ：应用半薄切片、组织化学和透射电子显微镜观察相结合的方法，研究了梓醇在地黄块根中的贮存位置及其细胞的超微结构。结果表明，地黄块根的韧皮部和木质部的薄壁细胞是梓醇的贮存场所。
