摘 要 ：采用对流免疫电泳和交叉吸收试验,对几株昆虫病毒的血清学特征进行比较,结果表明褐刺蛾CPV与中国绿刺蛾CPV具有一致的抗原性,且至少具有3个不同的抗原决定簇;对其与家蚕及几株松毛虫CPV的血清学关系研究证明,用血清作为病毒的鉴别手段是可行的。

Abstract:The result of cross absorption test and counter immuno electr-ophoresis for several species of viruses indicates that Tp CPV and Chinese cochlid CPV have the same antigenic and have at least three different antigenic determinants.Through studies on the relationship between this CPV and silkworm and several kinds of pine moths CPV,it was confirmed that the method to distinguish viruses by serological identification is feasible.
