摘 要 ：利用ISTA的A-PAGE标准方法，初步建立了我国小麦的主要栽培品种、古老地方品种及国外引进品种共90份材料的标准醇溶蛋白指纹图谱数据库，并利用该数据库对90份供试材料进行了遗传多样性分析及聚类分析，共发现有75条相对迁移率不同的醇溶蛋白谱带，且出现频率不同，表明醇溶蛋白指纹图谱具有丰富的遗传多样性。

Abstract:The standard gliadin fingerprints database of 90 wheat cultivars was made by using the ISTA standard A-PAGE method，of the 90 cultivars, including 64 major improved cultivars，9 local cultivars and 14 introduced accessions.
