摘 要 ：采用计算机模拟的方法研究了NCⅠ、NCⅡ和完全双列杂交(DIA)设计在随交和自交群体及8种样本容量下估计遗传力和显性比的可靠性,并用变异系数和总体变量的容许区间两个指标对一次试验结果估计遗传参数的可靠性作了研究。结果表明:随着家系数增加,三种交配设计估计遗传力和显性比的可靠性都相应提高,但家系容量的增加只能在一定
