摘 要 ：从丽江紫堇Corydalis delavayi Franch．分离到五种生物碱，经鉴定为普洛托品、克里考芬、柯里诺林和右旋乙酰柯里诺林[（＋）acetylcorynoline]，后者是植物中首次发现。丽江紫堇Corydalis delavayi Franch．产于云南丽江县玉龙山，其化学成份尚无报道。我们研究了它的生物碱成份，从中得到五个单体。三个为已知生物碱普洛托品protopine，克里考芬corycavine，柯里诺林corynoline，第四个为右旋乙酰柯里诺林（＋）acetylcorynoline，其消旋体已在植物中发现，本次分得的右旋体是在植物中首次发现的。

Abstract:This paper has described the isolation of five alkaloids from Corydalis delavayi Franch. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis(IR. UV. MS. 1HNMR) and the physico-chemical constants four alkaloids were identified as protopine, corycavine, corynoline and the new natural nlkaloid, (+) acctylcorynoline.
