摘 要 ：从毛萼鞘蕊花(Coleus esquirolii(Levl.)Dunn.)的茎、叶中分离鉴定了一个新的二萜化合物，毛萼鞘蕊花甲素(对映-17-乙酸氧基-贝壳杉烷-16β-醇)(1) ,和三个已知化合物，对映-贝壳杉烷-16β,17-二醇(2)，齐墩果酸和β-谷甾醇。

Abstract:A new deterpenoid named as esquirolin A ( 1 ) together with three known compounds, ent-kauran-1β, 17-diol(2), oleanoic acid and β-sitosterol have been isolated from the petroleam ether extract of Coleus esquirolii (Levl) Dunn, by column chromatography on silica gel. The structure of esquirolin A ( 1) was elucidated as ent-17-acctoxy-kauran-16β-ol by spectroscopic methods.
