摘 要 :塔赫他间(A.Takntajan)系统百合科中的百合族Lilieae仅包括大百合属Cardiocrinum,百合属Lilium,假百合属Notholirion,豹子花属Nomocharis和贝母属Fritillaria.本文对该5属的部分种(23种)植物种子作了形态,种皮结构以及种皮细胞形态的观察。胚的大小,种皮上角质层的位置以及扫描电镜下的种皮细胞的特征在不同属的种子中有重要的差别,也是种子的主要鉴别特征。根据种子形态尤其是电镜扫描的形态,本文确认:贝母属,百合属等5属分别是特征鲜明的独立的属;它们的系统关系极近,是百合科中一个自然族;根据种皮细胞的相似性,L.souliei应是豹子花属植物,即 Nomocharis souliei (Franch.)W.W.Smith et W.E.Evans.
Abstract:Lilieae include 5 genus, Cardiocrinum, Lilium, Notholirion, Nomocharis and Fritillaris in A.Takhtajan system. We observed seeds of 23 species in these five genus in three aspects, seed structure, seed coat structure and exotesta characte under SEM. There are rela-tive differences in embryo size and shape, cuticle layer on testa and the characte of exotesta under SEM. These differnces are important seed morphological features to divide these 5 ge-nus. According the seed morpgological features, specially the exotesta charates under SEM, we think 1.Cardiocrium, Lilium etc are independent genus respectively. 2.their seeds belong to same type, Lilieae is a unaffected tribe.3.for the similarity of exotesta cell, Lilium souliei may be Nomocharis souliei.
