摘 要 ：从大白药(Marsdenia griffihii Hook.f)茎中分离得到4个齐墩果烯型三萜，经光谱学数据分析它何分子为齐墩果酸(oleanic acid.I)，longispinogenin(II)，chichipenin (III)和大白药醇(griffithol,IV).其中大白药醇为一新化合物，结构被推定为齐墩果-12- 烯-3β,16β，21β，22α，28-五醇。

Abstract:From the stems of Marsdenia griffithii Hook.f, a new trkerpenoid named griffitho; (IV) with oleanic acid (I), longispenogenin (II) and chichipegenia (III) were isolated. On the basis of spectral data, griffithol (IV) was tentatively deduced as clean -12-ene-3β,16β, 21β. 22α, 28-pentatol.
