ducingareasTraditionalcommercialspecificationsweredescribedandassigned,and10chemicalcomponentsandvolatileoilswere
determinedforeachsampleClusteranalysis,Fisherdiscriminantanalysisandcorespondenceanalysiswereusedtoestablishtherela
tionshipbetweenthetraditionalqualitativecommercialspecificationsandquantitativechemicalindicesforcomprehensiveevaluating
qualityofmedicinalmaterials,andquantitativeclassificationofcommercialgradeandqualitygradeAherbqualityindex(HQI)in
cludingtraditionalcommercialspecificationsandchemicalcomponentsforquantitativegradeclassificationwereestablished,andcore
spondingdiscriminantfunctionwerefiguredoutforprecisedeterminationofqualitygradeandsubgradeofNotopterygiRhizomaetRa
dixTheresultshowedthatnotopterol,isoimperatorinandvolatileoilwerethemajorcomponentsfordeterminationofchemicalquality,
andtheirdividingvalueswerespecifiedforeverygradeandsubgradeofthecommercialmaterialsofNotopterygiRhizomaetRadix
Accordingtotheresult,essentialrelationshipbetweentraditionalmedicinalindicators,qualitativecommercialspecifications,andquan
