摘 要 ：目的:对美丽红豆杉Taxus mairei种子的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用制备HPLC,TLC法和光谱法分离鉴定化学成分。结果:从美丽红豆杉种子中分离得到7个紫杉烷类化合物,鉴定为taxinineA(1),9-deacetyltaxi-nine(2),9-deacetyltaxinineE(3),2-deacetyltaxinine(4),taxezopidineG(5),2-deacetoxytaxinineJ(6),2-deacetoxytaxuspineC(7)。结论:除化合物5.6以外,其他均为首次从该植物种子中获得。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents in seeds of Taxus mairei. Method: Preparative HPLC, TLC and spectro-scopic analyses were used to isolate and elucidate the chemical constituets in the plant. Result: Seven taxane diterpenoids were isolated from the seeds of T. mairei and identified as taxinine A(1) , 9-deacetyltaxinine(2) , 9-deacetyltaxinine E(3) , 2-deacetyltaxinine(4) , taxezopidine G(5) , 2-deacetoxytaxinine J(6) , 2-deacetoxytaxuspine C(7) . Conclusion: Except Compounds 5,6, all the compounds were obtained from seeds of this plant for the first time.
