摘 要 ：实验表明:关白附生、制品灌胃给药毒性不明显。腹腔注射生品呈现明显毒性反应,制品毒性减弱。生品、炮制品对皮肤未见明显刺激作用。小鼠扭体法、热板法镇痛实验表明:关白附生品、蒸制品乙醇提取物都有一定程度的镇痛作用,两者作用相似。豆腐和姜矾制品对醋酸引起的疼痛有镇痛作用,而对热板引起的疼痛作用不明显。

Abstract:The experimental results showed that the Radix Aconiti Coreani and its processed products did not have remarkable toxic effect in po. But there was significant toxicity before processing and weakened toxicity after processing in ip. In the skin test, the Radix Aconiti Coreani and its processed products showed no stimulating effect. The analgesic experiment showed that the Radix Aconiti Coreani and its steamd products could inhibit the pain. The products processed with bean curd and ginger KAl(SO₄)₂·12H₂O also could alleviate the pain induced by acetic acid, but no-remarkable effect was observed in mice on the pain induced by hot plate.
