摘 要 ：用反相高效液相色谱法对肠炎宁片槲皮素的含量进行测定，建立了肠炎宁片中槲皮素含量测定的条件。固定相柱为Ｓｈｉｍ－ＰａｃｋＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳ４．６ｍｍ×１５０ｍｍ；流动相为甲醇－水－磷酸（５５:４４.６:0４）；检测波长２５４ｎｍ。方法平均回收率及ＲＳＤ分别为９９．６％和１．０１％。

Abstract:The quercetin in Changyannning Tablets was determined by reverse phase HPLC on Shim Pack CLC-ODS column(150mm×4.6mm) with UV detector and methanol water phosphoric acid(55∶44.6∶0.4) as mobile phase(1.0ml/min). The average recovery relative standand deviation were 99.7% and 1.01% respectively.
