摘 要 ：血灵口服液灌胃给药使肾性高血压大鼠血清醛固酮含量显著下降,而对内皮素、心内素、降钙素基因相关肽、血栓素B2、6 酮 前列腺素F1α均无显著影响。醛固酮含量下降是其降压机制之一。

Abstract:Xueling(po) obviously reduces the aldosterone content of renal hypertension rats, but not affecting markedly the endothelin, atrial natriuretic factor, calcitonin gene related peptide, thromboxane B₂ and 6 keto prostaglandin F_1α. The content reduction of aldosterone is one of the mechanisms to lower blood pressure.
