摘 要 ：检验罗痛定对大鼠胃酸分泌和胃蛋白酶活性的影响。结果，与对照组相比，罗痛定对胃蛋白酶活性无影响，但其中、高剂量组对胃总酸排出量和胃液分泌有显著抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）。胃液ｐＨ与总酸度间呈负性相关（ｒ＝－０．９８１８）。

Abstract:A　test　was　made　on　the　effect　of　rotundine　on　the　secretion　of　gastric　acid　and　pepsin　activity　in　rats.Copared　with　the　control　group,rotundine(≥17.1mg/kg)inhibited　gastric　acid　and　decreased　secretion　of　gastric　juice(P<0.01),but　had　no　influence　on　pepsin　activity.There　was　a　negative　relationship　between　total　acidity　and　pH　of　gastric　juice　(r=-0.9818).
