摘 要 ：首次对１２种海马、海龙类药材采用高效毛细管电泳进行鉴别研究，结果表明：种间区别较明显，该方法速度快、分辩力强、重现性好。为海龙、海马类药材的鉴别提供了一定的参考依据。

Abstract:Twelve　species　of　Hailong　and　Haima　were　analyzed　by　HPCE(high　performance　capillary　electrophoresis)and　significant　differences　among　the　species　were　found.The　method　is　rapid,highly　efficient　and　reproducible,thus　providing　experimental　criteria　for　the　qualitative　identification　of these　two　crude drugs.
