摘 要 ：应用HPLC法测定了中药棕榈不同炮制品中的对羟基苯甲酸、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、d-儿茶素、没食子酸的含量,并就其含量的变化与炮制方法之间的关系进行了探讨。

Abstract:The contents of p-hydroxybenzoic acid ,protocatechuic acid , protocatechuic aldehyde, (+) catechin andgallic acid in Trachycarpus fortunei were defermined by HPLC. The relationship between processing methods andchanges of content is discussed.
