摘 要 ：对天南星常用品种虎掌用星生、制品煎剂、浸剂等进行了小鼠自主活动的影响;对协同戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠作用及对戊四唑、士的宁抗惊厥作用的实验研究,结果证明虎掌南星生、制品浸剂有一定的镇静作用。对抗戊四唑惊厥有一定趋势,但对土的宁引起小鼠惊厥无任何对抗作用。

Abstract:Mice were employed to study the sedative and anticonvulsive effects of Rhizoma Pmelliae processed by differentmetheds.The results showed that of raw Rhizoma Pinelliae and its infusion were equally sedative and had anticonvul-sive effect against the convulsion caused by cardiazol, but no anticonvulsion effect against that caued by strychnine.
