摘 要 ：采用C₁₈键合相反相色谱方法,样品只经加内标定容后即可进样。RSD<2%。最低检出浓度<1μg/ml,所测补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的回收率分别是102.8%和99.5%,线性范围分别是12～200,13～210μg/ml,相关系数均为0.9999。

Abstract:A reversed-phase HPLC method was described for t he determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in tinct ure ofFructus Psoraleae. Aftcr adding the internal standard and diluting the sample to a definite volume,the sample was in-jected and analysed.The RSDs were within 2%and the minimum working concentrations below 1μg/ml;the averagerecoveries of psoralen and isopsoralen 102.8%and 99.5%respectively and the linear ranges of psoralen and isopso-ralen 12～200μg/ml and 13～210μg/ml(r=0.999) respectively.
