摘 要 ：对归芪合剂中的川芎、当归、玄参进行薄层层析鉴别，并对成药中的黄芪及原料药材黄芪主要成分黄芪甲甙（ａｓｔｒａｇａｌｏｓｉｄｅ），建立薄层光密度含量测定方法。灵敏度高，重视性好，平均标准偏差为3.0％，回收率９８％以上。

Abstract:Chuanxiog Rhizome, Chinese Angelica Root and fferophularia Root in Guiqi mixture have been identified byTLC. A TLC-densitometric method for determining astragalosied in the patent medicine and its main ingredient As-tragalus Root has been established. This method is sensitive and highly reproducible ,with RSD under 3. 0% andrecovery over 98%.
