摘 要 ：结果表明乌鸡黑素对诱变物质DNMP引起的大肠杆菌WP₂B/r(uvrA￣,trp￣)的突变频率有明显的抑制作用;并显著降低了受诱变剂4NQO作用的大肠杆菌GC4415细胞内β-半乳糖苷酶的活性。

Abstract:The melanin isolated from white silk fowls was ogserved to be effective for reducing the mutagenic activity of Es-cherichia coli WP₂B/r(uvrA-trp-)induced by mutagen DNMP ,and also capable of decreasing the activity of β-galac-tosidase in the cells of E,coli GC 4415 affected by another mutagen 4NQO.
