摘 要 ：采用高效液相色谱法分別测定了苏合香胶及原植物中游离桂皮酸和水解桂皮酸的含量。苏合香胶中游离及水解桂皮酸的含量分别为7.03%,25.26%;原植物中含量均为0.3%。

Abstract:The contents of free and hydrolytic cinnamie acid in storax and its original plant (Liquidambar orientalis) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and the chromatographic behaviors were studied. In styrax gummi, the contents of free and hydrolytic cinnamic acid were 7.03% and 25.26% respectively: and in its original plant, they were 0.3% evenly.
