摘 要 ：实验表明较高浓度(4mg/ml)的叶下珠对人肝癌细胞株PLC/PRF/5细胞株细胞外HBsAg含量有明显的抑制作用,且主要影响HBsAg在该细胞内的合成。叶下珠与阿糖腺苷联合有一定的协同作用。

Abstract:Experiment on the effect of extracts from Phyllanthus urinaria on HBsAg production in PLC/PRF/5 human hepatoma cell line showed that the production was decreased markedly 48 hours after the treatment of cells with 2～4mg/ml Phyllanthus urinaria, especially in combination with 10^-5 mol/L of Ara-A. The decrease of extracellular HBsAg excretion seems to stem from the inhibition of intracellular HBsAg formation.
