摘 要 ：生姜对次黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶体系产生的超氧阴离子及紫外线照射H₂O₂体系产生的羟自由基均有显著清除作用。提示生姜对活性氧的清除可能是其重要的药理机制之一。

Abstract:Ginger can significantly scavenge O₂ in hypoxanthinexanthine oxidase system and ·OH in ultraviolet exposure of H₂O₂ system. The scavenging effects of ginger on O₂^- and ·OH may contribute to explaining some of the pharmacological mechanisms of this drug.
