Abstract:This paper reports the differences of chemical constituents between cortex and wood-centre of Morinda officinalis through comparison by UV,TLC and ICP-AES.The results show thattheir chemical constituents have a lot of differences,thus providing a reference basis for inquiringinto the reasonableness of the traditional craft of processing and preparing Morinda officinalis.
