摘 要 ：以绞股蓝茎切段为材料,采用N6和Ms培养基均能诱导获得无菌苗,继代繁殖时,N6培养基较Ms更佳,最适激素配比为BA0.8mg/L,IAA0.5mg/L。生根培养基为N6培养基附加KT0.5mg/L,IAA0.1mg/L,它既可以促进种苗生根又有利于分生壮苗。移栽后试管苗极易成活。

Abstract:Using stem segments, we have obtained aseptic seedlings through inducement by either N₆ or M_s medium. N₆ medium is better than M_s medium in serial propagation. the optimum ratio of hormones is EA 0.8mg/L, IAA 0.5mg/L. The rooting medium is N₆ medium added with KT 0.5mg/L and IAA 0.1mg/L. the medium can promote the rooting and growth of seedlings. The tube seedlings grow well either in fine soils in the hilly areas or in common soils in other areas after transplantion.
