摘 要 ：沙棘果油对CCl₄及扑热息痛诱发肝损伤、肝丙二醛的增高有明显抑制作用,并能降低CCl₄中毒小鼠sGPT活力,且能明显对抗扑热息痛中毒小鼠肝谷胱甘肽的耗竭。其LD₅₀>45.0g/kg。

Abstract:Protection by flesh oil of Hippophae rhammoides against hepatotoxicity induced by CCl₄ and acetaminophen (AAP) is reported in this paper. It was found that the oil markedly inhibited MDA formation of liver induced by CC1₄ and AAP, decreased sGPT levels induced by CCl₄ and blocked depletion of GSH damaged liver induced by AAP. LD₅₀>45.0g/kg.
