摘 要 ：从番薯藤茎叶中分离到三种成分,经理化常数和光谱分析鉴定为延胡索酸、琥珀酸、7,3′,4′-三甲氧基檞皮素。同时还分析了番薯藤的氨基酸成分。

Abstract:Three chemical compounds isolated from the leaves and stems of Ipomoea batatas were identified as fumaric acid, succinic acid and 7,3′,4′-trimethylquercetin by chemical and spectroscopic analysis. In this paper, an analysis of the amino-acids of Ipomoea batatas is also reported.
