摘 要 ：从北柴胡茎叶中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为山萘酚(晶1),山萘酚-7-鼠李糖甙(晶2),山萘酚-3,7-双鼠李糖甙(晶3),山萘酚-3-o-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖甙-7-o-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖甙(晶4)及福寿草醇(晶5).晶4系新化合物.

Abstract:Bupleurum chinense is one of the official species of Chaihu—a famous traditional Chinese medicine.Kaempferol(1),kaempfero-3-rhamnoside(2),kaempferol-3,7-dirhamnoside(3), kaempferol-3-o-d-L-arabinofuranoside-7-o-d-L-rhamnopyranoside(4),and adonitol(5)were isolated from the aerial parts of this plant and their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR, MS,IR and UV spectral data.
