摘 要 ：用薄层层析、紫外光谱和柱层紫外分光法对黄连(味连、雅连、云连)进行了炮制前后化学成分和总生物碱含量的对比,结果表明,无明显差异。

Abstract:We have compared the constituents and determined the alkaloid contents in Rhizoma Coptidia (Coptis chinensis. C. deltoidea, C. teetoides before and after processing by TLC, UV, column chromatography-ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and found no marked variations in the constituents or alkaloid contents.
