Abstract:β-Cyclodextrin inclusion compound has been proved able to eliminate the bitter taste of chelate and bile. A right amount of β-cyclodextrin put in agueous solution of chelate and bile will remove the bitter taste completely. β-Cyclodextrin doesn‘t affect the identification or content determination of cholic acid.
