摘 要 ：用气相色谱法测定了马钱子、九分散、平消片和马海治瘫片中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量。使用Gaa Chrom Q担体，3%OV-101固定液，0.5m×3mm不锈钢柱、柱温265℃，氢火焰离子化检测。

Abstract:Contents of strychnine and brucine in dry seeds of Strychnos nux-vomica and its preparations were determined by gas chromatography. The determination conditions were: support Gas Chrom Q; liquid phase 3% OV-101; stainless steel column 0.5m×3mm; column temperature 265℃; FID detector.
