不同瓜蒌子饮片的成分比较

摘　要: 目的　建立瓜蒌子中 3, 292二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇的H PL C 测定方法, 以选择质量较佳的瓜蒌子饮片。方
法　以 3, 292二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇为指标, 建立了 H PL C 法测定条件, 色谱柱为 Po laris C18柱 (250 mm ×416
mm , 5 Λm ) , 流动相为甲醇2水 (93∶7) , 检测波长为 230 nm , 体积流量为 110 mL öm in, 并对瓜蒌子、炒瓜蒌子、麸炒
瓜蒌子、蛤粉炒瓜蒌子、蜜炙瓜蒌子、瓜蒌子霜、瓜蒌仁、炒瓜蒌仁、瓜蒌子壳中该成分进行了测定。结果　3, 292二
苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇在 01048 4～ 21420 Λg 与峰面积线性关系良好, 平均加样回收率为 97106%。3, 292二苯甲酰基
栝楼仁三醇的质量分数大小依次为: 瓜蒌仁> 炒瓜蒌仁> 瓜蒌子> 炒瓜蒌子> 麸炒瓜蒌子> 蛤粉炒瓜蒌子> 蜜炙瓜
蒌子> 瓜蒌子霜> 瓜蒌子壳。结论　瓜蒌子和炒瓜蒌子是较佳的瓜蒌子饮片, 这与瓜蒌子临床应用现状是相符合的。

Conclusion 　ST and st ir2baked ST are bet ter slices of p repared ST , the resu lts are in an acco rdance w ith
the sta tu s of ST in clin ica l app lica t ion1

　　瓜蒌子又名瓜蒌仁、栝楼子、栝楼仁、栝蒌实等,
为葫芦科植物栝楼 T richosan th is k irilow ii M ax im 1
或双边栝楼 T 1 rosthorn ii H arm s 的干燥成熟果实,
具润肺化痰、滑肠通便之功, 常用于燥咳痰黏、肠燥
便秘。瓜蒌子古今入药有生熟之分, 如瓜蒌子、炒瓜
蒌子、麸炒瓜蒌子、蛤粉炒瓜蒌子、蜜炙瓜蒌子、瓜蒌
子霜、瓜蒌仁、炒瓜蒌仁等。目前仍在全国各地使用
的有瓜蒌子、炒瓜蒌子、蜜炙瓜蒌子、瓜蒌子霜等, 其
中瓜蒌子和炒瓜蒌子最常用。陈嘉谟《本草蒙筌》载
瓜蒌子制熟后气味较生品好, 可以“免人恶心”。为了

　　不同瓜蒌子饮片中 3, 292二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三
醇质量分数大小依次为: 瓜蒌仁> 炒瓜蒌仁> 瓜蒌
子> 炒瓜蒌子> 麸炒瓜蒌子> 蛤粉炒瓜蒌子> 蜜炙
瓜蒌子> 瓜蒌子霜> 瓜蒌子壳, 可以看出该成分在
瓜蒌仁中质量分数较高, 瓜蒌子壳中质量分数较少,
经过炮制后该成分的质量分数降低。瓜蒌仁、炒瓜蒌
仁、瓜蒌子、炒瓜蒌子中 3, 292二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三
醇的质量分数较高, 瓜蒌仁、炒瓜蒌仁需“去壳”, 操
作麻烦, 贮藏不当容易泛油, 所以现在各饮片厂省略
了“去壳”的步骤, 主要生产瓜蒌子和炒瓜蒌子, 应用
前捣碎。本实验的研究结果符合目前瓜蒌子饮片的
临床应用现状, 即瓜蒌子和炒瓜蒌子较为常用, 是质
量较佳的瓜蒌子饮片。
　　瓜蒌子炮制后可以除去油闷的气味, 避免恶心、
呕吐的不良反应, 是否与 3, 292二苯甲酰基栝楼仁
三醇的质量分数减少有关, 有待进一步研究。
