广防风中的苯乙醇苷类化合物

摘　要: 目的 研究广防风属植物广防风 Ep im eredi indica 的化学成分, 从中寻找具有生物活性的天然化合物。方法
采用硅胶和反相硅胶R P- 18 柱色谱分离, 运用有机波谱分析确定化合物结构。结果 从广防风水提取物中分离得
到 3 个苯乙醇苷类化合物, 经鉴定分别为: 2- (3- 甲氧基- 4- 羟基) 苯基- 乙醇 1- O - Α- L - [ (1→3) - 鼠李糖
基- 6- O - 阿魏酰基 ]葡萄糖苷 ( I)、2- (3, 4- 二羟基) 苯基- 乙醇 1- O 一 Α- L - [ (1→3) - 鼠李糖基- 4- O -
咖啡酰基 ]葡萄糖苷 (Ê )、2- (3, 4- 二羟基) 苯基- 乙二醇 (1→1) (2→2) [ (1→3) - 鼠李糖基- 4- O - 咖啡酰基 ]
葡萄糖苷 (Ë )。结论化合物 I为新化合物, 命名为广防风苷A。Ê 和Ë 都是首次从该植物中得到。

Abstract: Object To study the chem ica l con stituen ts from Ep im ered i ind ica and search for the na tu-
ra l com pounds with b ioactiv it ies. M ethods Three com pounds were isola ted by a com bina tion of RP- 18and
sil ica gel column chroma tograph ies, and the ir structures were iden tif ied by spectra l m ethods. ResultsA
novel 2- (3- m ethoxy- 4- hydroxy) phenyl- ethanol 1- O - a- L - [ (1→3 ) - rhamnopyranosyl- 6-
feruloyl ] gluco- s ide ( I ) a long with known 2- (3, 4- d ihydroxy) phenyl ethanol 1- O - Α- L - [ (1→3)
- rhamnopyranoside - 4- O - caffeoyl- ] glucoside (verba scoside) ( Ê ) , and 2- (3, 4- d ihydroxy)
phenyl ethanol (1→1) (2→2) - [ (1→3) - rhamnopyranoside- 4- O - caffeoyl glucoside (oraposide) (Ë )
were isola ted from E. ind ica. ConclusionCom pound I is a new com pound nam ed a s ep im ered inoside A and
com pounds Ê and Ë are isola ted from th is plan t for the f irst t im e.
