摘 要 ：为了明确电子束辐照对人参抗肿瘤作用的影响,以长白山林下参为研究对象,电子束辐照后测定人参皂苷的含量,Hek-293、HCT-116、Hela、HepG2细胞的抑制情况以及荷瘤小鼠的治疗情况,并测定荷瘤小鼠血清MDA含量、T-SOD活性和T-AOC水平。结果表明,辐照能够提高人参中皂苷的含量,其中人参皂苷Rg3含量变化明显。体外试验中,30 kGy辐照组人参提取物对HCT-116、Hela、HepG2细胞的最高抑制率分别达到75.63%、85.33%、84.87%,均显著高于未辐照人参组;体内试验中,辐照人参组瘤重低于阴性对照组,同时能够提高荷瘤小鼠体内抗氧化能力,从而提高小鼠机体抗肿瘤能力。本试验结果为人参抗肿瘤作用的研究提供了新的思路。

Abstract:To study the effect of electron beam irradiation on the anti-tumor effect of ginseng . Ginseng C.A. mayer of Changbai Mountain were irradiated by electron beam, and the content of ginsenoside were measured, the inhibitory action on Hek-293, HCT-116, Hela and HepG2 cells were investigated; the anti-tumor effect in vivo, the content of MDA, the activity of SOD and the level of T-AOC were also measured. The results show that irradiation can increase the content of ginsenoside, and the changes of Rg3 content were obvious; the inhibition efficiency of ginseng extractive from 30 kGy irradiated to HCT-116, Hela, HepG2 is 75.63%, 85.33%, 84.87% respectively in vitro, which are higher than unirradiated ginseng significantly (p<0.05). In vivo experiment, the weight of tumor of irradiated ginseng groups are lower than that of unirradiated ginseng groups, and the irradiated ginseng can improve the anti-tumor capability through improving the body anti-oxidant capability of bearing tumor mice, and then it .This experiment provides a new thought for the ginseng anti-tumor research.
