Abstract:The potted Saxifraga stolonifera Curt. was treated in the artificial climate chamber. The photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme systems, leaf structure and other forms of physiological indicators were measured under different temperature conditions. The results showed that, net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of S.stolonifera decreased rapidly under temperature treatment, content of chlorophyll was the least, SOD, CAT activities were the minimum, MDA content was the highest, palisade tissue arranged more closely, and had a good recovery in a short time. The decreased speed of net photosynthetic rate of high temperature treatment was less than the low temperature treatment, but had a significant increase in leaf spongy tissue, and recovery was slow.
