Abstract:The changes of soluble protein concentration and composition in leaves and anthers of rape (Brassica napus L.) plants under the different boron nutritional conditions were studied with nutrient solution and soil culture. The results showed that under boron stress (low or high boron) the protein content in leaves and anthers was decreased markedly. The component of soluble protein in the same parts of the plants was also changed. Under the boron stress the content of the most measured protiens was decreased, the others were increased or absent.
