摘 要 ：花粉正常萌发并生长是精细胞顺利到达胚囊并实现受精作用的前提，因而是高等植物有性生殖的一个关键环节。花粉管生长涉及一系列过程，而花粉(或花粉管)内外的Ca^2 和pH的变化与花粉萌发、花粉管生长有着密切的关系。比较详细地论述了Ca^2 和pH在花粉萌发、花粉管生长过程中的分布特点、生理功能及分子机制。
