摘 要 ：以翠冠梨为试材，研究了套袋对其果实货架寿命及生理生化变化的影响，试验结果表明，套袋能提高果实硬度、Vc含量及SOD活性，抑制细胞膜透性、MDA含量、呼吸速率及乙烯释放的迅速增加，从而有利于延缓果实衰老软化，且双层袋效果更好。
