摘 要 ：对乌拉尔甘草（Glycyrrhiza uralensis)地下，地上部分分别进行了微量元素及营养成分的测试分析。结果表明，乌拉尔甘草中糖，蛋白质，脂肪含量较高，并且含有丰富的矿质元素，为其资源的开发利用提供了科学依据。
