摘 要 ：我们在研究唇形科香茶菜属植物的生理活性成分中，从东北产兰萼香茶菜［Rab－dosia，ja ponica（Burm.f.）Hara var．glaucocalyx（Maxim.）Hara] 叶的乙醚提取物分到了两个新的二萜成分，定名为兰萼甲素和乙素（glaucocalyxin A ＆ B），根据光谱和化学证据，其结构分别确定为Ⅰ和Ⅱ。
Abstract:Two new diterpenoids having an ent -kaurene-skeleton, glaucocalyxin A and B, have been isolated from the ethereal extract of the leaves of Rabdosia japonica (Burm. f. ) Hara var. glaucocalyx .(Maxim. ) Hara (Labiatae) collected in the Northeast 0f China. Their structures were established (7R, 14R)-ent-7, 14-dihy- droxy -(- ) -kaur-16-en-3, 15-dione (I ) and its 14-monoacetate, (II) by spec- troscopic and chemical evidences, respectively.
