摘 要 ：目的: 测定不同规格鹿茸商品药材中氨基酸的含量,从氨基酸含量方面对不同规格鹿茸进行质量控制. 方法: 采用柱前衍生化法,利用氨基酸自动分析仪对样品中18种氨基酸含量进行测定. 结果: 18种氨基酸线性方程r均大于0.997,平均回收率均在99.1%~108.1%,RSD均小于2.0%;39个不同品种规格鹿茸药材中均含有17种氨基酸及7种人体必需氨基酸,腊片氨基酸含量较高,头茬茸较二茬茸氨基酸含量高,与传统分类相一致. 结论: 该方法可用于鹿茸药材氨基酸含量测定及质量控制.

Abstract:Objective: To determine the contents of amino acids in Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum of different specifications for controlling the quality. Method: The contents of 18 kinds of amino acids were determined by amino acid analyzer. Result: The correlation coefficients of 18 kinds of amino acids were all greater than 0.997, the average recovery were all between 99.1%-108.1% with RSDs less than 2.0%. All Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum samples of 29 different specifications contained 17 kinds of amino acids and 7 kinds of essential amino acids. The content of total amino acids in wax slices is relative higher. The content in first born antlers is higher than that in reborn antlers. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of amino acids in Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, it provides good reference for the quality control of Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum.
