摘 要 ：目的:探讨干蟾的化学成分。方法:硅胶柱层析分离,薄层层析和光谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到6个化合物,分别为胆甾醇、β 谷甾醇、脂蟾毒配基、华蟾毒精、蟾毒灵、日蟾毒它灵。结论:首次报道了干蟾的化学成分。

Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Bufo Siccus.Method:Based on silica column chromatography six compounds were obtained from the alcoholic extract of Bufo Siccus and identified by physico chemical and spectroscopic analyses.Result:The compounds were identified as cholesterol,β-sitosterol,resibufogenin,cinobufagin,bufalin and gamabufotalin.Conclusion:Studies on the chemical constituents of Bufo Siccus were reported for the first time.
