摘 要 ：目的：建立胡黄连药材中香草酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用双波长扫描法测定胡黄连中香草酸的含量。结果：香草酸斑点峰面积在４ｈ内稳定，回收率为９６．５％，精密度ＲＳＤ３％以内，重复性实验ＲＳＤ５％以内。结论：该方法稳定、可行，具有实用性。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of vanillic acid in Rhizoma Picrorhizae.Method:The content was determined by dual wavelength TLC scanning.Result:The peak area of vanillic acid is reproducible in 4 hours;recovery 96.5%;RSD-3%;RSD of duplicate experiment 5%.Conclusion: A thin layer chromatographic scanning method has been developed for determining the content of vanillic acid.The method is reproducible,workable and reliable.
