摘 要 ：采用薄层色谱法鉴别了藿香正气水中的苍术、厚朴和陈皮；运用高效液相色谱法，测定了厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量，其总含量限度应不少于１.９ｍｇ／ｍｌ，厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的平均回收率分别为１０４.４％，１０３.２％，ＲＳＤ分别为１.２３％，０．９１％。

Abstract:The　Rhizoma　Atractylodis,Cortex　Magnoliae　Officinalis　and　Pericarpium　Citri　Reticulatae　in　Huoxiang zhengqi　Liquid　were　identified　by　TLC.The　total　contents　of　magnolol　and　honokiol　were　determined　by　HPLC　to　be　no　less　than　1.9mg/ml,with　an　average　recovery　of　104.4%　and　103.3%,RSD　1.23%　and　0.91%　respectively.
