摘 要 ：目的：建立苦参中生物碱含量测定新方法。方法：采用高效毛细管电泳法测定。结果：苦参中生物碱能较好分离，加样回收率苦参碱为９７．４７％，氧化苦参碱为９７．６７％。结论：该方法简便、准确、重现性好，可作为苦参中生物碱的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective:To develop a simple and rapid method for the determination of alkaloids in Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (RSF).Method:HPCE buffer:20mmol·L ^-1 phosphates,pH 7.0;V=20kV,l _eff =50cm,L=64.5cm,i.d.=50μm,λ=201nm,T=25℃,sample size=10kPa·s.Result:Matrine(Ⅰ) and oxymatrine(Ⅱ) in RSF were completely separated with recoveries of 97.47% and 97.67% respectively.Conclusion:Simple,accurate and reproducible,this method can be used for the quality control of Chinese herbal medicines.
